A new indoor roller coaster will be built in the Magic Kingdom by Walt Disney World as part of its expansion of the theme park's Fantasyland section. A first-of-its-kind ride system in which vehicles swing back and forth along a twisting track will be featured in the fairly extreme attraction, tentatively called “The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train”. Disney Fantasyland project is scheduled to open in the late next year. Walt Disney World will redraw parts that are focused on Disney's girl-centric princess and fairies franchises to expand the theme park's Fantasyland section. To make the Fairytale Hall, a room for a Princess meet-and-greet will be made by cutting the original and beloved Snow White. In this way, “Snow White's Scary Adventure”, one of Disney World's original attractions will be replaced by the meet-and-greet area. The Great Goofini, a rethemed version of the Barnstormer children's coaster will be included in Storybook Circus. The well-liked children's airborne-carousel ride, “Dumbo the Flying Elephant” will be included in the area. “Under the Sea- Journey of the Little Mermaid,'' an indoor ride featuring an Omnimover motion system and singing animatronics are attraction that are being built in Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim, Calif. An elaborately themed, 550-seat restaurant called ``Be Our Guest'' will be built in the Fantasyland project. The restaurant will be based on the Disney movie “Beauty and the Beast,” and will offer counter-service meals during the day. A smaller eatery called "Gaston's Tavern''; a retail area called "Bonjour! Village Gifts''; and "Enchanted Tales with Belle,'' a cottage in which guests will be able to interact with the princess will also be included in the area around the restaurant. |
