Sony's Consumer Report

Sony products are rated average in Consumerdaddy. It was quite shocking as i felt that Sony was the best in the current market. But the consumer complaints was that the after-sales service was really bad. The service executives do not return the products on time. They even delay when they are called for service. If such an attitude persists then i am sure the sales would definitely drop. Sony should learn to keep its consumers happy.
