A user is allowed to create and save a file using the Word 2010 application. Various sets of settings related to the customization and formatting functions are included in to provide a custom feel and increased user interaction. Word 2010 application also allows blocking files of certain type in concern with opening and saving of those files. When file block setting for a typical file type is checked for open, then the file will either not open or will be opened in protected view, and when file block setting for a typical file is checked for save, then Word 2010 will prevent saving of those files on the system. Checking both the checkboxes for open and save are permitted too, for a typical file type. In addition you are allowed to select open type behaviour for the typical file. This will affect the opening of the typical file types when respective checkboxes for Open file block setting are checked for them. The three behaviours to choose from are |
