Smartphones are getting better and better each year. Mobile devices make work of people simpler and more efficient ever before. Today, mobiles are not just to make calls and receive calls, but they can be used to do multiple tasks for example: Creating and editing files. To make creating and editing documents easier from your mobile phone, the Google has launched Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides apps for Android as wells as for iOS.

Google apps launched for Android and iOS

Google’s office suite is now available as individual apps. Thus, now you can download new apps for Docs and Sheets and can access your spreadsheets or word documents all from your own app. The gaze of new apps is just like Google Drive, but with different color schemes. When you open the apps, it will show you most recently edited files. So, it saves your time in searching and scrolling your files. Go to the Google Sheets App if you need to find a spreadsheet while go to the Google Docs App if you need to create a document.

The apps work both online and offline; if you do not have data connection, then also you can easily view, edit and create files. All updates are made automatically and synced back to the cloud, when the connection is back. These standalone apps are not necessary to create, view and edit your files. It means, you can still have option of Google Drive app to view and manage all your documents, presentations, spreadsheets, photos, etc. You can get the Docs and Sheets apps for Android on Google Play and Docs and Sheets for iOS in the App Store.
