Google Analytics team believes that the open forum will be a great help for users in resolving their problems in a timelier manner. Moreover, the users can also vote for the best answers that they think will be helpful for other finders who can opt for the answers just by considering its rank. When the users will create a new thread, series of related questions will also appear on the page.
John Henson of Luna metrics, a Google Analytics Authorized Consultant, who appreciated GA team for its efforts said, “You will save time by quickly recognizing when the question has been answered. Instead of delving into every question, the experts will now be able to save time by quickly finding out the questions, which are left unanswered. Researchers will save their time as they won’t be required to go through 20 posts in order to get solution for one single issue. Ranking given to each answer will further simplify the whole process and make it less time consuming.”
