Google's New upcoming web application GOOGLE GEAR enables offline capabilities for web application. Google's Gears has undergone four releases, each adding incrementally to its capabilities.
The goal of Google gears is to makwe more powerful and more featured fucitioning it's own web browser Google Crome. If you install google crome then you not needed to install the Gears it's just come with default browser and updates automatically.
