NASA Space Shuttle Land Held Up by Stormy Weather
The astronauts aboard the Space shuttle Atlantis and its squad was stay in space another day after bad climate vetoed them from land on 22nd May at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
NASA said it was canceling attempts land the space shuttle Atlantic on 23rd May due to bad weather and would try again on 24th May 2009. He added, Atlantis is now slated to land at the Kennedy ability Saturday at 9:16 a.m. EDT. Edwards Air Force Base in California has been activated as a backup land site.
Atlantis has been on a project to fix the Hubble Space Telescope for the last 11 days. The mended and upgrades left the observatory better than ever. NASA was wished to get at lease another five years of overhaul out of the Hubble Space Telescope. The Kennedy news center was opened for land activities.
