A new line of micro SD cards have been revealed by Samsung on 5th April for Advanced LTE enabled smartphones and tablets. The Ultra High Speed-1 microSD will offer tremendously high performance. As per the company, the production of Ultra High Speed-1 microSD cards has been already started in late march. The price and availability information of the UHS-1 memory card has been not revealed by the company till now.  The card will be available in only 16GB version and offer speed of 80 MB/s. Compared to current fastest MicroSD cards, this 80 MB/s provides 4 times faster read rate. Ultra High Speed-1 MicroSD Cards features company’s 20nm-class 64GB chip along with toggle DDR 2.0 support as well as an advanced controller. The card supports the higher performance features of various digital gadgets so the users can enjoy HD images and video playback directly from their cards. The company plans to offer higher capacity microSD card version in the future to meet the needs of all the customers. |
