Recently, Nissan's luxury brand - Infiniti - has announced the series of changes and upgrades to its 2013 model lineup. The company has decided to discontinue the G25 sedan. The most important change is the introduction of the new FX37 and EX37 with a more powerful engine. The 2012 FX35 and EX35 will be replaced by the 2013 EX37 and FX37 and EX35 in July and August of this year respectively. Instead of the earlier 3.5-liter V6 engine, both the cars will come with a 325-horsepower 3.7 liter V6 standard engine.
MOD (Moving Objection Detection) will be added to the available Around View Monitor camera system for the new Infiniti FX37. The Iridium Blue exterior color will now be offered for all models except the Limited Editions. The Limited Edition cars will be available only with Graphite interior and Moonlight White exterior color combination. The Java interior color will be available now with Graphite Shadow and Liquid Platinum exterior colors. As told earlier, this car will be available in July 2012.
The FX37 will be available with rear or all-wheel-drive, as well as in a Limited Edition with all-wheel-drive. The EX37 for 2013 will be offered in four versions: EX37 Journey with rear- or all-wheel drive and EX37 with rear- or all-wheel drive. Any other change in this model has not been reported. It will hit the showrooms in August 2012. Any details regarding the price of both the vehicles are not available.
