ZTE Kis is new budget Android smartphone

The budget ZTE Kis handset has been launched by Chinese phone maker ZTE and it will be distributed in the UK through Virgin Media. This feature-packed Android handset ZTE Kis will enter the Pay As You Go (PAYG) market with the price tag of just £49.99 and it is believed that this handset will attract customers with its unquestionably low PAYG handset price. Additionally, consumer will be offered with 1GB data free per month for 12 months by Virgin Media that makes it perfect for consumers, who want to be connected on the go, or where they are and desire to make the most of having access to more than 600,000 Android apps through Google Play.

ZTE and Virgin Media have launched two smartphones in partnership; one is the ZTE Tania Windows Phone and other is ZTE Kis. ZTE Kis will be powered by fast 800MHz single-core processor that provides fast operation and allows users to enjoy smooth video playback and run apps with ease. This handset will have a 3.5in HVGA touchscreen with resolution of 480x320 pixels, 256MB RAM, and 512MB of ROM that can be expanded up to 32GB, as well as it will run on Google's Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. It will include 1400 mAh Li-Ion battery. Measurement of this smartphone is 114.3 x 61.6 x 11.5mm, and its weight is 120g.
