Zen UltraTab A900: Specs and Price of 9-inch ICS tablet in India

Zen Mobile, a Delhi based company, has launched a new product named Zen UltraTab A900. The all new Zen UltraTab A900 is the successor of UltraTab A100 which was launched in the month of July. According to the reports, the new UltraTab A900 is one of the best technological innovations from Zen, as the device features lots of impressive features and applications. It is anticipated that the device will be available by the end of the October. The tablet has been priced at Rs 7,999 and it will be initially offered at the online retailer HomeShop18.

The UltraTab A900 sports a 9 inch capacitive multi-touch screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The tablet runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system similar to the UltraTab A100. It is powered by a dual core 1.5GHz processor along with a Mali 400 GPU and512MB RAM. There is a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera for video calling as well as low resolution video recording. It has an internal storage of 4GB along with a microSD card slot to support the additional storage up to 32GB.

The connectivity features of the device include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, micro USB port and 3G via Dongle. The device has a strong and powerful battery of 4,000 mAh that offers 14 hours web usage on Wi-Fi or 3.5 hours of 720p video playback. It also comes preloaded with applications such as ibibo – Teenpatti, Rummy, Bollywood Ji, Mig 33, Map My India and Nimbuzz. The Live Panel menu lets the users to customize and view a variety of content including social network feeds, digital pictures and favorite Web sites. Plus, there is a nexGTV app that allows the users to watch Loop Channels, Video On Demand and Live TV.
