The flow of cheap Android smartphones will never end in India, as there are lots of handset manufacturers in the country offering Android alternatives at reasonable price. Spice had announced the Stellar Horizon in the month of June along with other Android smartphones and now the device is finally available for purchase in the Indian market. The customers can buy the device from the online retailer, Saholic, for Rs. 12,499. According to the retailer's website, the device will be delivered in 3 business days. Spice Stellar Horizon will run on Android 4.0 ICS operating system. The device will sport a 5 inch display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. This dual-SIM (GSM + GSM) will be powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor along with 512MB of RAM and 4GB ROM. There will be a 5 megapixel rear facing camera with dual LED flash and a 3 megapixel front facing camera. It will feature a built-in memory of 2.07 GB along with a microSD card slot. Stellar Horizon will be equipped with 2400 mAh battery. For connectivity, the handset will support Bluetooth, GPRS, 2G, 3G, GPS, Wi-Fi, Edge and USB. The device will come preloaded with applications like Facebook, Google Play store and YouTube. The all new Spice phablet is expected to compete against other phablets such as iBall Andi 5C, Wammy Note from Wicked Leak and Micromax Superfone Canvas. |
