Spice, the Indian mobile manufacturer, has launched a new Android smartphone named Spice MI-320. Spice MI-320 is compared to Micromax Ninja and Celkon A95 in terms of features. This Dual SIM smartphone has got Android 2.3 Gingerbread as its operating system. The device is available at an approximate price tag of Rs 6,199. Spice Mi 320 can be purchased from the company’s own retail site, Saholic.com at an affordable price of Rs. 4899.
The budget friendly smartphone sports a display of 3.2 inch TFT LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels. The smartphone measures a dimension of 111 × 59.6 × 12.8 mm. The device is equipped with a 650 MHz processor and 256MB of RAM. It is powered by a 1,200 mAh Li-ion battery. There is a 2 Megapixel at rear, but the device lacks a VGA front facing camera for video calling. The handset has a built in memory of 512 MB and the memory can be expanded with the help of a microSD card slot up to 32GB.
Connectivity features of the device will include HSUPA 5.76 Mbps, Wi-Fi HotSpot, Bluetooth 2.0, micro USB 2.0, 3G HSDPA 7.2 Mbps and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. Other features of the device are instant messenger, 32GB expandable memory, G sensor and Gmail. The device comes preloaded with apps and software features like NetQin Antivirus software & Vault privacy app that is bundled with A-GPS and social networking apps.
