Sony Xperia Ion, Acro S and Xperia Go launched in China

In this technological era, each and every day rises with uncovering of new and inventive gadgets. Recently, Sony has revealed that it is going to introduce 3 new Xperia smartphones in China. These 3 smartphones are named as Sony Xperia Ion, Sony Xperia Acro S and Sony Xperia Go.

Sony Xperia ion LT28i was announced firstly in United States as an LTE device via AT&T carrier. It will be available in US market from June 24 with Android 2.3 Gingerbread onboard. Now, comes to the china version; unlike the US version, it will be available as HSPA device and it will be running on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich from day one. Like Xperia S, Xperia Ion is powered with dual core 1.5GHz processor but sports a larger 4.6 inch HD Reality Display. The device is also featured with a Fast Capture 12.1 MP snapper.

Other two Sony Xperia smartphones launched in china are Xperia Acro S and Xperia Go. Both of these devices are running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. They both are said to be water proof and dust proof devices. The Xperia acro S packed with Qualcomm MSM8260 Snapdragon dual-core 1.5GHz processor with 1GB RAM and 16GB storage, 4.3 inch TFT display, 12.1 MP rear camera, and 1,910mAh battery. Xperia go is packed with Sony’s Novathor dual-core 1GHz processor with 512MB RAM and 8GB storage, 3.5 inch HVGA Reality Display, 5MP rear camera, and 1305mAh battery. For water and dust resistance, Xperia Acro S passed the IP55 and IP57 Ratings while Xperia Go got the highest level of resistance with IP67 Rating. Xperia Acro S and Xperia Go will hit the Chinese market after the Xperia Ion, sometime in Q3 of this year.
