Samsung Phone With 3GB RAM leaked, could be Galaxy S4

Samsung, the South Korean mobile manufacturer is gearing up for the launch of a new smartphone in the year 2013. It seems that the company is planning to include a 3GB of RAM in this new device. A leaked image of this new device has been released on the site SamMobile, but there are no details available regarding this new Smartphone. According to SamMobile, Samsung might include some impressive features along with higher amount of RAM.

The leaked image shows a 3GB RAM sticker on the upper left hand corner of the device. The handsets shown in the image lacks buttons as they are test devices with no product names. Previously, the rumors concerning Samsung Galaxy S4 had emerged, which was later on denied by the company, but the current rumor regarding the existence of a 3GB RAM Smartphone is still expected.
