Finally, Samsung Galaxy S3 has entered the Indian market. Samsung has officially launched the much awaited Galaxy S3 at an event held in New Delhi with a price tag of Rs 43,180 for its 16GB version. Galaxy S3, the successor of Galaxy S2, is a cool device that comes with lot of innovative features. It runs on the latest Android 4.0 Operating System and it is powered by a 1.4GHz Quad-Core processor. The device flaunts a huge 4.8 inch HD Super AMOLED display with 1280x720 pixels of resolution. Plus, it is a dual camera phone with a rear facing camera of 8MP and a front facing camera of 1.9 MP. The camera has a special feature called ‘Burst shot’ that enables the users to capture 20 continuous shots.

The Galaxy S3 offers 16 GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 64 GB using a microSD card. It is powered by a Li-Ion 2100 mAh battery that guarantees an impressive talk time of around 11-hour and 40-minutes. One of the interesting features of Galaxy S3 is called ‘Smart Stay’ in which the device automatically make out when you are looking at it and maintains a bright display for uninterrupted viewing. Other feature called 'Pop up Play' enables you to view HD video on the phone at the same time when you are sending text or email.

Features called 'Video Hub' and 'Game Hub' allow the users to enjoy various TV shows, movies, and social games. With the help of ‘S Beam’ feature, you can share even large HD videos with other phones by a mere touch. Another feature called ‘S Voice’ allows you to control your phone through voice commands. Other features include Bluetooth 4.0(LE), NFC, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, GPS/GLONASS, WiFi HT40, HDR, Recording snapshot, etc. With these many features, Samsung’s Galaxy S3 is worth of Rs 43,180. Most probably, Samsung will launch the 64GB version of Galaxy S3 very soon for the Indian market.
