Now, we can rest assured that Nokia’s Lumia 610 will hit the market very soon. On 27th of February, in a press conference held at MWC, the company has announced the new Nokia Lumia 610. But to own this smart and affordable Lumia smartphone, all have to wait for some more time because the Lumia 610 will be available in Q2, 2012. The device is specially designed for the youth as it holds many interesting features and applications. Apart from applications like Nokia Music, Nokia Maps, Nokia Transport, and Nokia Drive; you can also select from thousands of other smart apps available in the Windows Phone Marketplace and get an enriching experience. The device will be available in four different colors of white, magenta, cyan and black; meanwhile, it will enter the market at an approximate price of £200.
The Lumia 610 will be running on the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango operating system and powered by an 800 MHz Snapdragon S1 single core processor. It will be come with an eye catching display of 3.7 inches TFT LCD touchscreen along with the maximum resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. The phone will be equipped with an internal memory of 8 GB and a RAM of 256 MB. It will support both 2G as well as 3G networks. Apart from these features, the Lumia 610 will sport a 5 MP camera with LED flash and autofocus facility which enable users for video recording also. The only drawback about the phone is that, in spite of having an 8 GB of internal memory it does not have any microSD card slot to expand its external memory. Above all, this smartphone will be backed up with a long living battery of 1300 mAh gives a maximum talk time backup of 7 hours and a maximum stand by backup of 580 hours while using the GSM network.
