The mobile manufacturers are flooding the market with numerous varieties of mobile phone. Nokia, one of the leading mobile phone brands in the world has introduced many good phones to the people. Nokia had launched a full-touch dual-SIM phone named Asha 305. This device was originally announced back in June along with the phones Asha 306 and Asha 311. Asha 305 is the first touch phone in the Nokia Asha series. This handset is offered in three colors – red, blue and black. Asha 305 is available at an approximate price tag of Rs. 4,668. Asha 305 sports a display of 3-inch WQVGA resistive touch screen with resolution of 240 X 400 pixels. It runs on Symbian S40 Operating System. The device has a 2 MegaPixel camera with 4X zoom. Nokia Asha 305 has 10MB built-in storage with a microSD support to increase the storage up to 32GB. The handset has a dimension of 53.8X110.3X12.8 MM and weighs 98.3GM which is less than the average smartphones. Asha 305 has a standard battery of 1,110 mAh Li-Ion. It offers a talk time of 14 hours, standby of 528 hours and music play up to 40 hours. The Nokia Asha 305 is powered by 1.00 GHz single core processor. The handset supports IM services like Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger and Google Talk. It also comes with pre-loaded games like FIFA 2012, Tetris and Need for Speed. The phone has radio facility with FM recording and the music player supports WAV, WMA, MP3 and AAC. The handset provides Nokia Maps for navigation purpose.
