Nokia 710, a new smartphone from Nokia has been recently added to Nokia's developer site, including a handful of technical specifications. A screenshot of some of the specs list of Nokia 710 has been taken before its removal from the website. The handset is listed by Nokia as running a 2008 Maemo Internet tablet OS, however the details tend to build this handset more of a Windows Phone Mango material. Nokia 710 will also include the 3.7-inch clear black TFT 800x480 pixels display similar to the Nokia Sun, but it will be powered by a ClearBlack technology, instead of AMOLED. The processor of this device is expected to be a single-core Cortex A8, clocked at 1.4GHz. It also contains 512 MB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory, expandable with a mircroSD card. It will be featured with 5 megapixel rear camera that can capture video at 720p with a 28mm broad-angle lens. Nokia 710 is also expected to come with the standard range of connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, MicroUSB, USB 2.0, and Bluetooth. Dimension of this device is 119 x 62.4 x 12.48mm and its weight is 125.5g. Nokia 710 also contains 820mAh battery that provides 7 Hour GSM talk time, 400 hours standby (GSM, WCDMA), and 5 hours 3G browsing. It is expected that Nokia will announce this handset at the upcoming Nokia World event in London, scheduled for October 26. |
