New Motorola Backflip for Telus: It is reported that the Canadian operator TELUS will launch a customized version of the Motorola Backflip. The Motorola Backflip has a QUALCOMM MSM7201A 528MHz processor, 512MB ROM and 256MB RAM, it running Android 1.5 operating system and supports MOTOBLUR, Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi and so on, and this cell phone’s contract price is 249.99 U.S. dollars. Telus was also the first to offer the Motorola Milestone, better known as the Droid south of the border. On other carriers, we’re expecting to see the Dext on Bell and the Quench on Rogers, giving Motorola a relatively nice spread of Android devices across Canada. You can pick up the Telus Backflip for $99.99 on a three-year contract according to the press release, but their online store reads $249.99 for some reason. Source : http://www.phones-online.org |
