New AT&T Samsung i897 Smartphone Exposure: It is reported that the Samsung i897 cell phone will be customized by AT&T, but now about this cell phone’s price has not announced. The Samsung i897 is a smartphone that use the Android 2.1 system, which will support for Bluetooth 3.0 and GSM Quad-Band (850/900/1800/1900) networks. The Samsung i897 cell phone also has a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, a 4-inch AMOLED touch-screen display and a 5 megapixels camera.

According to Samsung, the Behold II on T-Mobile will get an Android 1.6 update, eventually, but beyond that it’s “not upgradeable” and won’t see, say, the recently unveiled Android 2.2 Froyo.  That’s contrary to what was originally promised by Samsung; the company had said, even before the Behold II had launched, that it would see an update to Android 2.x.
