Meizu MX Dual-Core Android Phone has been officially revealed by Chinese smartphone maker Meizu. This Android smartphone will be launched on 1st January 2012 in China with the price tag of 2,999 Yuan (about $470). This device is powered by a 1.4GHz Samsung Exynos 4210 dual-core chip processor that is paired with a Mali-400 MP GPU for plenty of graphics muscle. It is also featured with a nice 4-inch 960x640 ASV display, 1GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage. It also features 8MP rear f/2.2 backside-illuminated camera capable of shooting 1080p 30fps videos for better low-light photography and a 0.3 megapixel VGA front facing camera.
Meizu MX Dual-Core Android Phone also contains GSM/GPRS/EDGE/CDMA/HSPA+ support, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.1, a micro SIM slot, and micro USB for charging and data transfer. This handset runs on Flyme OS, an operating system that is heavily modified version of Android 2.3. It also comes with 1,600mAh battery and micro-USB port. This device also contains a pentaband 3G with HSPA+ and supports FLAC audio and some video formats such as MP4, MKV, and AVI. This phone is 10.3mm thick and its weight is 139 grams.
Operating system of Meizu MX Dual-Core Android Phone offers a visual appearance quite similar to Apple's iPhone. The Meize will launch a device M9 that comes with Ice Cream Sandwich in the future. Meizu MX merges style and function, it imitates well liked devices such as the iPhone 4 and Samsung Galaxy S. However, it is still not disclosed that when this handset will be available in the United States.
