LG Optimus G Nexus: Specs and release date rumors

Since last two years, Google has launched one Smartphone a year with the name, “Nexus”. The first Google Nexus device was the Nexus One by HTC and the other was Nexus S by Samsung. As per pal Taylor from Android and Me, the next Google Nexus smartphone will be manufactured by LG and it may be the LG Optimus G Nexus. The release date of the Smartphone has been not confirmed by Google but according to rumors, it will be released in the next 30 days. That means around 29th October and this is the time when All Things D: Dive Into Mobile conference starts.

This next Nexus is expected that this smartphone will come with a next version of Android, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The new version will be Jellybean with some upgrade. It will be an unlocked GSM device and has a 4.7-inch IPS+ HD display with 1280 X 768 pixels resolution. There will be two cameras: 13MP (8MP in some cases) camera and a 1.3-megapixel front facing camera.

It may feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 Pro processor with 2 GB RAM; 32 GB internal memory; a 2,100 mAh sealed battery; 2G, 3G and LTE support and NFC support along with Google Wallet. Although LG Optimus G Nexus will be released at the end of this month, it will hit the stores in November.
