The Google Phone 2.0 will also be unlocked, according to Ashok Kumar, an analyst at Northeast securities. He has talked to Google’s design partners regarding a forthcoming Android device, is also claimed by him. Already six manufactures and three carriers have used Google’s Android operating system. In fact, Google is a software company not a hardware company. With the Droid, Google did help Verizon but they will ever launch their own Google Phone, it is not expected. To produce the first Android phone, HTC worked closely with Google and Motorola has been comfortable with Google working on Android 2.0. Some features of the operating system are as follows.
On 1st November 2009 features Android 2.0 platform, Motorola’s Droid is expected to hit the stores. To the Droid phone, the O.S has definitely added charms. Still, the phone is not available its ad lists and the features are proposed to make it direct competitor of iPhone. It is based on open source platform and I think this is the best thing about Android 2.0. The processor it uses is another reason for Droid to be a faster device.
