Needless to say, you have to admit Samsung is one of the best mobile phone brands in the wolrd, this is why so many people are paying high attention on AT&T Samsung Eternity these days, and this also why we want to introduce it here. The good facet is AT&T Samsung Eternity has an attractive design with a intuitive touch-screen interface. It offers a solid ortment of multimedia features and good call quality. After Samsung made the carrier rounds with the Instinct, the Behold, and the Delve, it’s only natural that some variant of a touch-screen phone would come knocking on America’s largest carrier, AT&T. Like its cousins, the Eternity (aka the SGH-A867) offers a vibrant touch screen, a sleek design, and multimedia features. But it also shows its individuality by offering AT&T Mobile TV and a couple of design tweaks. The result is a solid multimedia device but, worker bees needing strong data features will be disappointed. Call quality was satisfying, though the 3G connection was a bit shaky. The Eternity is $149 with a service contract and rebates or $369 if you pay full price.

Depends on what you like...
DH has the iphone, me - eternity. Internet - both have full html, but eternity takes forever to load, not all links work. iphone is just like a little laptop in your hand, DH uses internet more than i do - he trades stocks. I like eternity keyboard better, touch screen is pressure sensitive rather than iphone's electrostatic. pressure is easier for me, and i get a "click" vibration on eternity. DH wishes he had that feature. He gets much more variety for ringtones and apps. eternity has very few in comparison. iphone pictures are better, speaker sounds better, too. We both are happy with what we have.

im gettin this phone too
Yea, i wanted a new phone, a touch screen an some cool features, like the iPhone, but i rly cant afford an extra $100+ a month that it costs. My brother has it, an he says id regret not gettuing it. but i wouldnt use all the features of the iphone to get my moneys worth, so this phone is perfect for wut i want, plus its much much cheaper. like $45 a month. ^^

iPhone vs Eternity
for iPhone you have to pay all this extra money just for internet access and texting and what not. and it adds up to a lot of money. Its way better to just save your money and buy this phone. its cheaper and heres the catch, its BETTER.

Not a good phone
Dont wanna pay 30$ for the iphone?
ok you can pay 30$ for this phone and then 5-10$ a month added on for other apps you may want.
People cant hear me when I call them. Internet and email connectivity is awful i have yet to find a way to get access to email for over a week

i work next door to an att store and the owner lets me play with the phones all the time and i have to say this phone is amzing in the things that it does its almost like an iphone but with out all the extra costs.. this phone gets a thumbs up

IM gonna be gettin this phone for xmas
i love this phone. i go into the att store just to play with it. i originally wanted the iphone 3g but i didnt want to have to pay the extra 30 bucks a month plus texting for it. so i looked at other touch screen phones and wow. this phone actually has a nicer keyboard than the iphone.
