Looking for a smartphone with a windows operating system?? In that case, HTC has a surprise for you!! HTC has recently announced the AT&T HTC Titan II, a smartphone with a windows operating system. It is the successor of the HTC Titan. The device will run on the Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7.5 Mango operating system and will have a 1.5GHz Qualcomm S2 Snapdragon chip. It will flaunt a 4.7-inch S-LCD capacitive multi-touch screen. The screen resolution is 480 x 800 pixels (pixel density: ~199 ppi pixels) and the dimension is 132 x 69 x 13 mm. It supports 16 M colors, which make the display even better. It flaunts a rear facing camera with a 16 MP resolution, which is the highest resolution for any smartphone released this year. It also has a 1.3MP front facing camera. It weighs 147 gram and supports the features like BSI Sensor, auto focus Smile Detection, dual LED flash, Face Detection, Geo Tagging and Image Stabilization. It facilitates a 720p HD video recording capability. Along with 16 GB internal memory, it will have a 512MB RAM. For the connectivity options, it has Bluetooth, WI-FI 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, Stereo FM Radio with RDS, micro USB 2.0 and GPS. It has HTML5 Browser with Adobe Flash. It also has compass and accelerometer as sensors. Apart from the Wi-Fi, this phone will come with a blazing-fast 4G LTE network. For the people staying at areas without LTE, the handset’s HSPA+ connectivity will help. It will have a 1730 mAh standard Li-Ion battery. It will have a stand by time of 370 hours through 2G network (GSM) and 330 hours through 3G network (HSDPA). It will provide a talk time of 8 hours through 2G network (GSM) and 4 hours through 3G network (HSDPA). If the AT&T’s 4G network is used, then it should give a maximum stand by time of 280 hours and a talk time of 3 hours. The phone will be sold under the brand AT&T and is expected to be available in the market by March 18. It may have a price tag of $199.99 along with a network subscription of two years.
