We all expect hackers are waiting for the release of the iPad 3G model in order to release a public iPad jailbreak tool. However, this is only to avoid Apple releasing a firmware update that blocks the hack when the 3G device is released. It’s quite evident that the well-known jailbreakers are already well under way… There have been many claims of well-known hackers working on a jailbreak for the newly released iPad. Even before the device was released there were screenshots posted by hacker Joshua Hill aka Posixninja, through his Twitter showing his iPad jailbreak tool known as “Greenpois0n” (screenshot below). He was also accepting donations to purchase an iPad to further test and develop the tool. No news from Hill as of yet. |
