Most of the companies hold large human resource departments in olden days to recruit the people and retain the human resource as manpower is considered as the major ingredient in the company success. Companies used to have large department because of the old techniques where HR teams used to take a lot of time to find the single candidates form the bundle of resumes come in for the single vacancy. With the information technology in the market, the situation has been tremendously improved and the time and money spent on the recruitments have reduced to a large extent. Almost all the companies have been using resume parsing method to analyze the candidate’s resumes so that there would be the better chances to find the best candidates form the large pool in the market. |
