The first day I used the Cleansing Conditioner as my first step. I skipped shampoo and went straight for the Wen Cleansing Conditioner. I followed the easy to use directions. Got about 20 pumps of the Cleansing Conditioner into my palms and applied it to my hair. The directions states that the Cleansing Conditioner is without detergents or harsh chemicals. Instead, Wen by Chaz Dean cleanses with astringent and antibacterial properties that don’t lather or strip the hair, and the result is added sheen, luster, moisture and strength in the hair. “Color lasts much longer, and it stimulates the scalp, promoting blood circulation and healthy hair growth.” I waited about 5 minutes, then rinsed. My hair felt clean and moisturized, but not overly oily or slick. I towel dried my hair, then used the great comb that came with my Cleansing Conditioner. I then blow dried my hair as usual, and I have to say, my hair looked and felt great. Clean, yet soft-- not dry and frizzy when I normally only use shampoo. Wen Cleansing Conditioner was amazing!
