Swine Flu vaccine after 3-4 Months may be Redundant

According to an interview published in the Business Standard, with Novavax President & CEO and director of CPL Biologicals, Rahul Singhvi, time is running out fast for the H1N1 Swine flu pandemic in India and vaccines introduced after 3 to 4 months, will be redundant. Singhvi said that for India requisite permission was needed to hold clinical trials in the country, which is awaited. India wants ingenious technology so it does not have to be dependent on other countries for the cure he added.
