Lung Cancer at final stage

Final stage of cancer is called as an “ultimate truth of life“. In the final stage of lung cancer, cells spread over the both lungs and other parts of body. There is a fluid containing cancerous cell collected around the heart & lungs in the last stage of lung cancer. A person becomes breathless due to its pleural effusion in that condition. If the cell in the pleural effusion contains cancer cell then it is known as malignant pleural effusion.

In such condition patients have uncontrolled pain in final time of life and due to very high Opiside dose causes muscle weakness. Opiside high dose may cause various problem like in the accumulation of neuroexcitatory metabolites, significant muscle weakness and hepatoxicity, and it may produces in the last stage of cancer.

When all technique of treatment has tried then pain management should be on the priority list. It has been found that arthritic pain is general pain in the last stage of lung cancer. The patient can consult their oncologist who can help them to set up palliative care.

Medicines might not cure lung cancer but they can have some break from it by taking these alternative therapies like oxygen therapy, etc. Positive response can give the patient strength and vitality. The patient must stop smoking and take healthy and nutrients diet, go for morning walk, do exercise, do meditation, and read motivational books which can immense help them in last stage of life.
