It does work..
I've tried Joliese and it works great, I love it. I'm just glad that i used a gift card instead of a credit card. But I think that I'll find a sunless tanning salon to go to instead of continuting this product.

Have no idea why the people behind this product are scamming the public, when they have a great product that would sell really well if people were simple ALLOWED to purchase it !!! I just spent forty minutes on the phone finally getting off the ship and bill merry-go-round.

You know what really gets me is that I LOVE the product and only want to be able to BUY IT WHEN IIIIII WANT TO BUY IT..not when they force it down my throat....and bill me. Pleaase. Why does this good product have such shitty management???? Is somebody brain dead in Palm Beach Gardens FL ????

I was excited to see the trial offer. As soon as I filled out the form, the page with the acknowledgement that you accept terms and conditions came up. I knew I was in trouble. After repeatedly trying to find them, I gave up. Now I get a fulsize order and am charged $83.87 without authorization or warning. I tried to speak with someone about this and was told nothing could be returned. Basically, I am screwed. I am attempting to dispute the charges with my credit card. I don't give up easy. I did send the product back and kept a mailing receipt. We will see.
This is why I will NEVER order a product online again without speaking to a human being.

class action lawsuit
I did file a lawsuit and I also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau in 3 states because this company has offices all over (shady). They are quite rude when you call to get a refund or complain. I also filed a lawsuit naming the owner of this sham scam company.

SCAM!
SCAM! They send you a package of tanning solution every 30 days and charge your card $80 every time without authorization. I called and got an RMA# to return (after telling them I was mislead over and over, and asking for supervisor), and was told I would be refunded full amount, and to call once I shipped so that they could check the tracking numbers on shipments. So I called back, and was told that I never was going to get the full refund, that even though I was told that I would be refunded the full amount (which I repeated the specific amount several times), and I paid for all of the product to be shipped back to them with tracking and insurance, that I will not get my full amount of money back! DO NOT BUY!!!

Same problem........they don't send an ounce of paperwork in your box in order to cancel or tell you when your 14 days is up. I had to find this site in order to get a phone number to call, and it sounded like the "customer service" was in China, as the connection was poor. They are ADAMANT - No Refunds. YOU ARE SCREWED!!!

Well, not yet. I've only ordered the product about three days ago when a friend informed me she had ordered it. Then AFTER ordering the product (stupid, I know) I decided to look up reviews and found this site. Because I am still in the fourteen day trial period, though, I will still be able to cancel and not get charged the 80 dollars, right? Or do you think they will still charge me?

so what if you order it, then wait 5 days even if you dont have the product yet, and then cancel your free trial? then you would get the product since it is already shipped for the free trial amount right? cause since you cancelled it within the 15 days, you shouldn't get charged the extra 80 dollars...just the shipping...right? that is what i am thinking about doing...or has someone already tried it and it didnt work?

my friend made the mistake of ordering this, got charged the 80 bucks, and then went fake baking instead, so gave it to me. while it is a horrible scam, it really does work. i look really tan and it looks awesome. its not streaky or orange, its actual dark tan. they give you a big bottle and it says it lasts 4 times, but ive used it about 6 now and theres still more left. its easy to apply (you may need someone to get your back) but other than that, it really is awesome. i guess i like it in part cuz i didnt pay for it....haha. but yeah it really does work and looks awesome. smells good too!

What a rip off! We just got charged on our credit card for $80. in addition to paying the
shipping. I did not catch the 14 day cancellation
policy. I called their customer service dept. to
return the unopened box for a credit but was told not to return the product and no credit
would be issued. This Company are total scam

I was going to try the free trial until I read this. I read the fine print where it says that you have 14 days, and if you don't like it cancel. but I didn't see where you have 14 days from the day you order it. AND I didn't see anything saying that you can keep the rest of the unused portion if you decide to keep it. I didn't want to take the chance of having to send it back. I'm just glad I didn't waste my money, even though I wish I could try it....:(

If I cannot send them a money order, I won't order it! I am no more going to be a victim of giving my debit card number or credit card numbers to a company that I know will be charging me every month and how funny they 'never received my cancellation!" yes rip off big time!!!! Their customer service is terrible and unwilling to accept the fact that we are real people being affected by this SCAM. $80 is measly money to some, but not to me. This company is fradulant and decitful. They hide behind their terms and conditions and tiny print, they most certainly don't care about their customers being swindled out of precious funds.
