For maximum people office is their second home as they spend 8 to 9 hours per day in the office. But sitting in front of the computer or at desk is sometimes a tough as well as tiring task as it creates a lot of muscle problems in different joint of the body. Sitting on a chair for a prolonged period can be straining for neck, back muscles and shoulder which can ultimately lead some serious problems like headaches, stiffness and tension in joints etc. If left undiagnosed it may hamper the productivity of that individual and even affect overall life of that person. But if we follow some simple techniques we can easily avoid this fatal consequences. Yoga, rather office yoga, is such a way out to this kind of problems. Any kind of yoga such as Kundalini yoga or Pranayama aims at providing a tension-free life to the practitioner.
