Homemade Pesticide from Neem to prevent Pests and Insects on Plants

Late spring and beginning of summer is the time of year when pest infestation takes place more and more. Though science developed more in this field treatment, the effect was not much on crop and still people are finding better ways and products gradually to control pests and insects up to some extent. It is wonder to think that what farmers did before hundreds of years to fight off crop pests and insects and to keep the field safer? Obviously, they would have defeated this problem by using products obtained from the Mother Nature as every single solution taken by them was reliant on nature. Neem is a powerful, all-natural plant that can cure most of the ailments and also help for warding off pests. The neem plant is called as the best organic pesticide as it is a good source of effective pesticidal constituents that can be safely used to kill pests and insects on your spice, herb, fruit and vegetable gardens.

Home made Pesticide from Neem

If you want to control insects and pests with homemade pesticide, then prepare this neem pesticide at your home. Take about 100 gm of neem leaves, crush them and boil with 20 gm of tobacco leaves, 1 liter of water and any bathing soap or detergent liquid for about 10 minutes. After the cooling of mixture, apply 5 gm borax and 5 gm copper sulfate. Make use of 100 ml of this mixture with 1 liter of water to spray in the evening on your plants one time in a week until the infestation problem fades away. During the rainy season, spray it more frequently for better result.
