High cholesterol foods are better in taste, this is the life’s irony as well as tragedy. In the foods, there are two main nutrients that make cholesterol high. The high cholesterol food contains saturated fat, a type of fat found mostly in animal products and cholesterol, which comes from animals as well.

That is why the saturated fat is much more harmful than dietary cholesterol and renders dietary cholesterol as quite as negligible factor for your high cholesterol levels, or cardiovascular disease risk factor.
If cholesterol free food is highly saturated then it is more harmful like coconut oil. On the other hand seafood contains cholesterol, but also the protective polyunsaturated fats that cause of the more protective HDL cholesterol and less harmful cholesterol produced by the liver.
One has to pay attention to foods high in saturated fats because when you think or talk about high cholesterol foods it means this food is high in triglycerides or saturated fats. All animal, animal products like egg yolks, meat, poultry, fish and higher fat milk products are high poultry, fish and higher fat milk products.
Cookies, pastries, and muffins are part of high cholesterol foods "family" and contain high amounts of fat. Very high cholesterol foods as well as high in saturated fats are bewaring of processed and prepared foods.
