An Arizona eatery called the Heart Attack Grill's latest promotion offers Free Bypass Burgers to anyone who weighs over 350 pounds. Arizona's controversial restaurant named Heart Attack Grill is now offering free meals to all customers who weigh more than 350 pounds. Heart Attack Grill, the kitschy medically-themed restaurant gets a lot of credit for audacity and their motto is 'Taste worth dying for'. With menu items like the Triple Bypass Burger, Flatliner Fries and Jolt Cola, Heart Attack Grill is becoming an online sensation. It doesn't hide the fact that their food is calorific and has for several years served massive burgers (called double bypass burgers) in a medically themed setting, much to the consternation of dietitians. A "warning" from the Surgeon is placed in front of Arizona's Heart Attack Grill which states: "Go away. If you come in this place, it's going to kill you." Before ordering "prescriptions", the grills customers, known as the "patients" must put on their hospital gowns and medical bracelets. The Heart Attack Grill has a theme like hospitalization. The waitresses are all dressed like nurses and the owner Jon Basso flips burgers behind the grill wears a doctor's coat, stethoscope hanging from his neck and cigarette in his mouth. The advertisement of Heart Attack Grill said, "Side effects may include sudden weight gain, repeated increase of wardrobe size, back pain, male breast growth, loss of sexual partners, lung cancer, tooth decay, liver sclerosis stroke, and an inability to see your penis. In some cases mild death may occur." Meals are available in various sizes which range from a "single bypass" to a "quadruple bypass" burger. A nurse will push you to your car in an actual wheel chair if you finish the establishments' biggest meal. One spokesperson of the restaurant is a 600 pound former football player. If you are the "lucky" ones having the weight over 350 pounds, then your meal is one the house! If you're overweight, then that's right you eat free! Dietitian, Joy Bauer is concerned about the health risks of the restaurant's food and said, "What I have a problem with is they are exploiting and celebrating unhealthy gunk. To celebrate and promote unhealthy food is terrifying. It's so sensational, and they're having such a fun time promoting it, they are going to draw people in." Founder of the restaurant, Dr. Jon says that their meals are best enjoyed with a cold beer and a cigarette. However, bosses at the restaurant do not suggest their food as a constant diet and they don't recommend that their 'prescriptions' are good for you.
