In order to maintain a healthy liver, there are also foods that you have to avoid. Foods high in cholesterol and fats are not good for the liver. Alcohol can damage your liver. This is the reason why you need to quit drinking alcohol. Too much intake of caffeine which is present in coffee and other caffeine-based beverages cannot help in cleaning your liver.
