Our body is the servant of brain; it complies with the operations of the mind. For optimal health of the body, the role of thoughts and emotions is the vital one and by understanding this relationship, people can allege a greater role in their own well-being. Remember about the last time when you felt emotionally exhausted and troubled. How did you experience bodily after all was said and done? Our body is inclined to respond concomitantly when we are emotionally fatigued. We actually become physically sick, feel unwell to stomach or may get headaches.
