The great idea of "Eat Right For Your Type" - or "Blood Type Diet " is taken from the experiment or research under taken by the scientist Peter D'Adamo, ND. He wrote the book Eat Right 4 Your Type.
The book remains a bestseller. D'Adamo erts that the diet not only cause weight loss - but can help allergy and resistance to infection, and to achieve good health.

There are four blood type: O, A, B and AB. Most people are blood type O. Next comes the blood type A, B, then the blood and blood type AB is a very rare and is only around 1000 years. Less than 5% of the world's population will be blood type AB.
Have you ever noticed that some people can eat a variety of foods, which have no problems, while others were suffering from gas, bloating, indigestion and heartburn? The reason for this is that people with different types of blood will be unable to digest or eat the same food alike. Read more at wiki page..
The following is a brief description of the specific characteristics of each group of blood:
Blood type A should be avoided red meat, eat much fish and vegetables with a low intake of milk. The only light use.
Blood group B should be avoided chicken and pork, eat lots of meat and dairy products, some of the fish, and lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Blood type AB combines the A and B diets.
Blood type 0, in principle, must maintain a high protein diet (including red meat), low carb, rich fruit and vegetables. They should limit the intake of wheat germ, whole wheat, corn, and avoid dairy products, and most nuts. Type O types are shared concerns, hypothyroidism, a high level of stomach acid (leading to ulcers), and the blood thin greater resistance to blood clotting.
The author argues that much of the recommendations are based on scientific evidence - but maybe it's too early to draw that line of argument. Metabolism and / or sugar or insulin sensitivity tend to be key factors determining the diet - no blood. Two people can have very different metabolisms, and have the same blood. One might be sensitive to carbohydrates, or sugar, while the other needs a diet high in carbohydrates.
Weight loss and other health problems related improvements can take place in this diet - not so much for the kind of mixed blood, but as a healthier diet! The author is encouraging people to reduce processed and processed foods. Good advice for everyone, regardless of blood type.
