Interesting diet

Since this thread is rather old, I'm wondering if anyone has had any long term success with this. The website details are rather ambiguous and I would like to know follow up. Thanks.

question

I am looking at doing this diet becuase i am now at my highest i have ever been and not very happy with myself. I have some questions...
1. is it worth the money
2. how much do you have to pay after the firs year.
3. can you save all the menu's and use them over the next year?
4. will it give me the want to workout again.
5. has it helped you feel good about yourself and your image?

diet

by the time you waste money on junk food and restaurants, smokes and other things, then you can afford to eat more healthy since the other stuff put on the weight anyhow!
do what makes sense! you know what to eat.
doesn't have to break your budget.

have a bowl of total or shredded wheat or grapenut flakes and add some strawberries or a banana or blueberries. drink coffee or tea or coco.
have a mid day snack like 2 string cheeses an a apple or an orange.

for lunch a mixed salad with cottage cheese and tomatoes.
dinner could be broccoli and baked chicken and some grapefruit or peaches.
watch portions.
if hungry later maybe a glass of milk and 2 crackers with natural peanutbutter.
you know what to do!

My sister has been

My sister has been struggling with diets since she was little, she is obese and nothing seems to work right for her. She is preparing for bariatric surgery for the next month and I trust this will help her loose important amounts of weight and keep it that way.

Plan works very well

I found it a bit confusing the first week, and the first trip to the grocery store a bit painful but lost 7 pounds the first week and have kept going. The more important number is the inches I have lost and keep losing. I love the recipes, my family loves it and my Mother just joined and lost 4 pounds the first week. Any new plan is going to take some effort but it's worth it. I found the site to be very workable and haven't had any trouble. There is an over 50 group (like me) and lots of support. Overall, I would say it's a very good plan and a good site. (and on the shopping list, you should find many of the items in your kitchen already and if you don't you can substitute on the menus for the week so it works better with what you have on hand)

I tried this diet - didn't work, but was not for me.

Hello,

I tried this diet, but it was not as easy as the infomercial said. (Of course, how stupid was I)?

First of all, it was a LOT of cooking. Secondly, your printable shopping list would be enough to totally overwhelm any sane person.

More - the website was a work in progress, with a very slow community, no older members that I saw with a lot of success, and the website wasn't that great.

You couldn't add in your substitutions, and find out how many calories, sodium, fat, carbs etc you were getting - and the skinny on the go - or whatever it was that told you were to dine out...

Was reversed on lean out and load up days. The basic concept was good, and they do have a refund policy. Thank goodness for that - because after about 28 days, I took them up on it.

I give a review on skinny switch secret, and a much better diet plan for free over at
