Almost two-third of people with Type 2 diabetes have no symptoms at all, and half with diabetes are not even aware of it. Even though there is usually no early symptom of the disease. When present, the common symptoms could include any or all of those mentioned below. In fact a good way to remember these warning signs is to remember, “Too Sweet”.
Thirst (Polydipsia): Increasing dehydration leads to excessive thirst . In fact increased thirst, unrelated to exercise, hot weather, or shortterm illness is the commonest early symptom of diabetes. Often urinating (Polyuria): Due to excessive consumption of water. (Often noticed because you must wake up repeatedly during the night, or by bedwetting) |
