Low back pain is a very common problem in our modern day society. I don't want to bore you with statistics and it's prevalence is not something that most people will argue about. If you are suffering from low back pain or have suffered from this in the past, I am here to shed some light on this topic and help you understand the many factors that contribute to this problem. For a small minority, their low back pain was a result of a traumatic injury, such as a severe car accident or something from a major incident. For everyone else, their low back pain was brought upon by seemingly harmless activities such as: routine sports, sleeping, putting on shoes, gardening, bowling, working on the car, standing/sitting for a long time, picking up a child, laundry, and an endless list of normal day activities. |
