Meditation is an act of calming oneself to a specific level where diverse thoughts cannot process the mind. Meditation aims to bring the realization of the self and in the process, helps an individual achieve the state of bliss. It gifts peaceful state of mind when all the disturbances within, are effaced and the individual experience true happiness. By practicing meditation, an inner space and clarity is created which enables us to control our mind and thoughts.
