Anushka Sharma, the cheerful Bollywood actress, has become the heartthrob of the youth. She is specially known for her pretty face with an infectious smile and for her sizzling figure. Hence, Anushka Sharma came forward to give some valuable advice to young girls and to tell that they should not follow any body-type blindly. She revealed her diet plans while unveiling the Inaugural cover of India Today Women. Anushka suggests that if you are comfortable in what you are then there is no need of becoming like Anushka Sharma or Deepika Padukone or any other actresses. According to Anushka, eating less is not a good idea. You must intake healthy diet in regular intervals, like in every two hours. On adopting such an eating habit, your metabolic rate will increase, as a result, you will digest the food much faster. She also said that all humans have different kind of body types like some body have the tendency to fatten up while some don’t. The latter people are naturally thin and it’s not easy for them to put on weight. Anushka said that she is naturally lean. So, young girls should not try to imitate her figure by starving themselves.
