Here is the one day diet menu:

Breakfast:

  • Half a grapefruit or equivalent in juice

Lunch:

  • Half a cup of tuna
  • Black coffee, tea or water

Dinner:

  • One cup carrots
  • One cup vanilla ice cream
  • Three ounces of any lean meat
  • One cup green beans

  • One medium apple

The diet has to be in a similar fashion for two or more days, from food list you can add some new things in your diet. Dieters have advised to drink more water daily.

Dieters are advised to eat normally after three days, but not to over eat.
