Sprint has decided to join the race of tablets by launching its newly designed tablet named ZTE Optik next month. This tablet will be featured with all the latest features and specifications at reasonable price. As per the information leaked, ZTE Optik will be available for the online sale on Feb. 5 to Sprint customers. Hence, to buy this tablet one has to place an order. This tablet will reach the retail market around 11th March, 2012. Hopefully, ZTE Optik is powered by Android 3.2, with no official word about an Ice Cream Sandwich update. This ZTE Optik is featured with display of 7-inch screen. It is supposed to have a dual-core processor of 1.2 GHz. Internal memory of 16GB will be available. The device is believed to have 1GB RAM. The connectivity is restricted up to 5 devices, likely a 3G device. So, one may miss 4G features. However, the battery available with the ZTE Optik is 4,000 mAh. The front facing camera provides 2-megapixel clarity. The main camera possesses 5-megapixel. The other common features include Bluetooth, microSD card slot and Wi-Fi connectivity. The more interesting thing to know about ZTE Optik is that it is worth $99 with a two-year agreement with Sprint. If it is bought off-contract then it will cost $349. Let’s hope that ZTE Optik will not disappoint like EVO View 4G. Specifications:
