Xperia SL LT26ii : Specifications Revealed

The latest model of Sony Xperia’s SL LT26ii has been leaked on the authorized website of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of Indonesia. Xperia SL LT26ii will be known as the Xperia SL too. As per the information, the phone will debut as an upgraded version of Xperia SL LT26i. The device is expected to be announced with the other Sony Xperia line-up at the IFA 2012 press conference which will be held in this month. Many people are looking forward to the release of this phone as it is expected that the SLLT26ii will get an upgraded processor.

The Xperia SL might feature a 4.3-inch HD reality display. It is suspected that Xperia SL will run on Android Ice Cream Sandwich, version 4.0.4 and there are possibilities that it might get upgraded to the Jelly Bean version later. The device will have an in-built storage of 32GB along with 1GB of RAM. The device is rumored to get a Qualcomm MSM8260 Snapdragon 1.7GHz dual-core as its processor. SL LT26ii will be equipped with 12 Megapixel camera at rear and there is a 1.3 MegaPixel camera for video calls on the front.

There are three Android keys such as Options, Home, and Back on the front. The device lacks a microSD card slot. It is expected that SL will be fast in terms of app usage and user experience. Images of the device show that the phone will be available in different colors such as black, white, pink, and silver. There are no details regarding the price of the device yet. The Sony Xperia SL will prove to be a tough competition to the Android smartphone, HTC One S. More details on the phone will be known only after its release at the IFA event.
