Sony has launched the new colorful B170 Walkman - a portable audio player, which comes with a bass boost button and also assures all the benefits of the NWZ-B162 Walkman, which was introduced last year. A Bass Boost button on the device expands the low-end bass of your tunes so you can enjoy the bass and feel it. This new device comes in selective colors like red, black or blue. It is available in two models - 2GB and 4GB and weighs in only 28g. This device is very small in size with the fastest charging battery – means with the full charge of battery, you can listen to music up to 18 hours and in case - if you are in hurry and forget to charge your battery, then plug in your mobile phone only for 3 minutes and you will get full 90 minutes of listening time. You can also keep it with you on your belt or bag because it has a clip on the back-side. This device has been designed with the USB port, so you can easily connect it with your PC or laptop without any extra cable and listen to your favorite songs simply connecting into Hi-Fi or car stereo. It also facilitates the onboard equalizer for modifying sound and video recorder for taking notes or ideas. It has a color matched LED that flashes in time to the music. If you buy the top-end 4GB model, you can store 400 songs which can be played back at 128kbps. It also has Zappin technology – which scans your music collection and makes possible to select the perfect song to match the situation or mood, and with the 'Zap' button, you can play your favorite song in full tune. The Sony B170 Walkman’s price has not been mentioned presently. It will be released next month in the UK in 2GB and 4GB sizes. |
