Though the news about iPhone 5 is getting stronger, Samsung will not be beaten by Apple because Samsung Galaxy S III, a successor to Samsung Galaxy S II will be coming soon in the smartphone market. Right now, Samsung Galaxy S II is formally best selling mobile device of Samsung in history as it is one of the most powerful and well balanced Android based phones which can be acquired in the market today. Samsung Galaxy S III will be the third handset in the series. Samsung is planning to launch Galaxy S III at Mobile World Congress 2012 in Barcelona. This new smarpthone of Samsung may offer some impressive features and specifications.  Unfortunately the image for this device is not yet revealed because production of the device has been not started due to screen technology which is still in the last stages of its design. But some concept design images are shared above. The design of Samsung Galaxy S III will be somewhat similar to the recent generation Galaxy S II; probably the thickness and dimensions. Samsung Galaxy S III will run on Google upcoming Android 2.4/4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. And it may be powered by an NVidia’s Kal-El potent quad-core processor. According to source, these specs are based on rumors and they may be changed. This smartphone will be the next flagship model of Korean manufacturer, which will probably be released in the middle of next year. According to the rumors, Samsung Galaxy S III specifications will be embellished with 3D capabilities. If these rumors are true, then this will be the 1st smartphone having 3D capabilities.
