Panasonic HVX200 Review:

The Panasonic HVX200 is slightly larger, different and heavier than its popular DV-only precursor. The controls are convenient on the left side and make shooting with manual control in real time easy to do. The camera also shoots in a variety of formats, this is to be used more for professional purposes such independent films, high-end’ wedding footage and documentaries. It has superb HD video, a rate of frame choices, terrific, wide-angle lens and supports solid-state P2 media.

The FireWire connection between the HVX200 and the FS-100 is not a problem in the studio. Panasonic HVX200’s more robust format allows four uncompressed channels of 16-bit 48 KHz quality audio.
